An exhilarating training session focused on the discovery of the performer's full vocal, physical, emotional, and imaginative potential. This highly physical workshop—based on the training methodologies of Double Edge Theatre (USA), Studio Matejka (Poland), and the Grotowski Institute (Poland)—explores a variety of methods for transcending individual barriers in performance, creating new work, and promoting ensemble-based collaboration. Please bring a water bottle and dress to move.
